Test Use Agreement

Before taking the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, candidates must agree to the National Restaurant Association’s (ServSafe) Test Use Agreements. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the exam. You will be required to read and accept these terms onscreen before proceeding with the exam. Failing to accept these terms will prevent you from taking the exam.

How to Schedule

  1. Registering: When scheduling your exam, recognize the National Restaurant Association (NRA) as the client. Ensure you have your NRA ID ready when creating your Pearson VUE web account.
  2. Be Sure of Your Exam Date: Confirm your exam date carefully before finalizing your scheduling.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

  • Cancellation: To cancel your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of all exam fees.
