Certification and Scheduling Information

Scheduling Your Exam:

• Advance Booking: Candidates must schedule their exams at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance. This policy ensures sufficient time for appointment scheduling and preparation.
• Exam Duration: The total appointment time includes pre-exam procedures such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and the exam itself, which may vary based on the specific test.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Single Free Rescheduling: Candidates can reschedule their exam once at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled test. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the test fee.

Exam Retake Policy:
