Results and Certification

Upon completing the exam, results are typically available within 24 hours in your Pearson VUE account. After passing, you will receive an email from Credly with instructions on accessing your digital badge. Exam Retake Policy

  • First Retake: If you do not pass on your first attempt, you must wait 24 hours before retaking the exam.
  • Second Retake: A five-day (120-hour) waiting period applies if you do not pass the second attempt.
  • Subsequent Retakes: For additional attempts, a five-day waiting period is required each time.

There is no annual limit on the number of attempts for the same exam. However, all vouchers must be used before their expiration dates, and retake vouchers should be redeemed within 30 days of the initial failed attempt.

Note: All test results that violate the retake policy will result in the denial of the credential, irrespective of the score.
