Rescheduling and Cancelling Examinations

Test Centre Exams

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your test-center exam, visit the AICB Member Portal. You must do this at least 48 hours before your scheduled exam to avoid forfeiting your fee.
  • No Show Policy: Failure to reschedule or attend your appointment will result in a ‘No Show’ status, equivalent to being ‘Absent’, and will lead to the forfeiture of your examination fee.

Online Proctored Exams (OnVUE)

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: For online proctored exams, use the AICB Member Portal to reschedule or cancel. This must be done before the scheduled exam time to avoid forfeiting your fee.
  • Rescheduling Limits: As of 13 July 2024, candidates can reschedule their exams a maximum of three times per registration. Exceeding this limit will require you to take the exam or incur an ‘Absent’ status.
