Exam Scheduling Process

1. Create Your Pearson VUE Account

Before scheduling your test, you must create a Pearson VUE account. Ensure that the information you provide matches the details on your CCGP application, including your name, email address, and phone number. You’ll also need your 20-character candidate number (PTI ID) provided in your Authorization-to-Test email.

2. Schedule Your Exam

• Online: Log in to your Pearson VUE account to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your exam appointment. Test appointments can be booked up to one business day in advance, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Phone: Contact Pearson VUE at 888-876-5064 for scheduling assistance. Have your 20-character candidate number (PTI ID) ready.

3. Confirmation and Policies

After scheduling, Pearson VUE will send a confirmation email detailing your test date, time, and the test center address. Review this email carefully to ensure all information is correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your appointment status through your Pearson VUE account or contact customer service.

4. Rescheduling or Cancelling

If you need to reschedule or cancel your exam, log into your Pearson VUE account and follow these steps:

1. Click “My Cycle”.
2. Select “Continue Registration”.
3. Click “Return to Pearson VUE”.
4. Find your CCGP certification appointment under “Upcoming Appointments”.
5. Choose “Cancel” or “Reschedule”.
6. Confirm your action.

Remember, cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled exam to avoid a No-Show status.

Important Policies

No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without proper cancellation, it will incur an exam seat fee, and if you are a no-show for two exam appointments, you may be barred from future CCGP exams. To appeal, submit a waiver request explaining the situation.
