Certification Application & Scheduling

Application Process:

1. Apply for the Credential: Submit your application through NEHA’s official website.
2. Payment: Ensure all applicable fees are paid to NEHA.
3. Eligibility Notification: NEHA will review your application and notify you of your eligibility status.

Scheduling Your Exam:

1. Authorization to Test: Upon eligibility confirmation, NEHA will send you an authorization letter with a candidate ID.
2. Account Creation: First-time test takers must create a Pearson VUE web account. Note that account activation may take up to 24 hours.
3. Appointment Scheduling: You can schedule your exam online at Pearson VUE up to one business day in advance. Make sure to schedule or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your test date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• To cancel or reschedule, contact Pearson VUE at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your exam fees.

Confirmation: After scheduling, Pearson VUE will send you a confirmation email detailing your test date, time, test center address, and directions. This will be your sole confirmation notice; no reminder emails will be sent.
